RESERVATION / PAYMENT / CANCELLATION CONDITION All prices are in Euro (€), including VAT. The tourist tax is extra. Cancellation free of charge up to 14 days before the date of stay for guest rooms and up to 30 days before for the holiday home. Changes to reservations are subject to compliance with the same deadlines as cancellations. All reservations must be guaranteed with a full credit card number. In the absence of guarantee the reservation will be automatically canceled unless another option has been agreed. Payments may be collected once the free cancellation period has elapsed. If you wish to pay with another means of payment, please inform us in advance. For any reservation of the holiday home, the balance will be due 30 days before arrival.
GIFT CARDS AND VOUCHERS Gift cards are valid for 1 year (subject to availability and excluding July/August) from the date of purchase and payable in advance, non-cancellable and non-refundable. Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and payable in advance. Non-cancellable and non-refundable. If the gift voucher is less than the amount of the reservation, he must of course pay the amount remaining due. Conversely, if the value is higher, we are not required to give change.
ARRIVALS / DEPARTURES / PARKING Arrivals are between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. Late arrivals are not guaranteed and must be agreed in advance. We have 4 parking spaces. Thank you for respecting the pitches and asking us if there is any doubt.
The rooms must be vacated no later than 11 a.m. and the holiday home no later than 10 a.m. If you still want to enjoy yourself and go for a walk, it is possible on request to leave your vehicle parked.
STAY CONDITIONS The rooms are non-smoking (penalty of €150 for non-compliance). However, smoking is permitted in the garden and terraces. We thank you, given the layout of the premises, for respecting the calm and tranquility of your neighbors in your room and on the terraces at all times.
The swimming pool is a place of relaxation and rest, we ask you to respect the calm of the place and not to shout, or put on music. The pool is not supervised and children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. For hygienic reasons, it is forbidden to bring and consume food in the room. In the event of damage to the furniture, deterioration or theft, we reserve the right to charge the cost of repair or replacement for an amount equal to the amounts incurred.The same is true for any infringement noted after departure where the amount of compensation will be debited from the customer's card.
